SHIPPING POLICY

Made-to-Order Production All Ashton Millworks range hoods are handcrafted to order in Perth, Ontario, Canada. Please allow 3–5 weeks production lead time before your order ships. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Canada) We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada. Orders are shipped via a freight or courier service appropriate for the size and weight of your range hood. Estimated transit time after dispatch is 3–7 business days depending on your location.

International Shipping (United States & International) We ship to the United States and select international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package dimensions. Please note:

  • The customer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees.
  • Transit times vary by destination and carrier; estimates will be provided at checkout.
  • Due to the size and weight of our products, international freight costs can be significant. Please contact us at info@ashtonmillworks.ca before placing an international order if you have questions about shipping costs.

Packaging Each range hood is carefully packaged with protective foam or bubble paper, corner guards, and reinforced cardboard to withstand freight handling. All shipments are inspected and documented before dispatch.

Shipping Insurance All shipments are insured for the full purchase value. In the unlikely event of damage in transit, please retain all original packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ashtonmillworks.ca with photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a resolution.

Delivery Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout. For large freight shipments, a signature may be required. Please inspect your package upon delivery before signing. If you notice visible damage to the outer packaging, note it on the delivery receipt before signing.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking notification by email. Much of our shipping is by truck, so you will receive a bill of lading and we can be contacted for updates..
